Following a bittersweet farewell to their Contiki group in North Goa, I transitioned to a luxurious solo retreat at the St. Regis in South Goa. Days were spent sampling diverse on-site dining—from riverside beef to Italian gnocchi—and enjoying signature rituals like the Champagne Sabering.
